Product Description
We have full ranges of car paint products, from 2K base colors, 1K base colors, silver, pearl, to clear coat, hardener, thinner, primer, etc.
Except of the car paint products, we also can supply different kinds of car care products, like the spray gun, mixing machine, 1L and 4L mixer, filter, plastic paint cup(200ml, 300ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 2000ml), polishing foam pad, wool pad, undercoating, rubbing compound, abrasive paper, putty spatula, tack cloth, paper strainer, floor and ceiling filter for spray booth, masking tape, masking paper/film, polisher, scale, etc.
2K Color Paint
It is a bi-component car refinish paint series, high quality single coat system. It can be cured under room temperature or through low-temperature baking. With the following advantages: fast drying, high hardness, high gloss, bright color, excellent covering power, easy spraying, etc.
Mixing ratio: 2K Tinters: Hardener: Thinner = 2: 1: 0.2-0.5 (volume ratio)
Applicable period: At 20 ℃, for about 3 hours.
Drying Time: At 20 ℃, 40 minutes for surface dry, 12 hours for thorough dry. With 60 ℃ baking, 40 minutes thorough dry.
1K Color Paint
It is a high quality base coat series, two coats and three coats system. Silver, pearl or solid color tinters are included. Excellent covering power, metallic effect, easy spraying.
Mixing Ratio: 1K Tinters: Thinner = 1: 1-1.2 (volume ratio)
Spraying: wet spray for two to three layers, the flash-off time between layers is 5-15 minutes.
Note: If spray a large area, we recommend adding 5% hardener, then spray varnish.
Clear Coat
To satisfy different customers, we have three kinds of quality with high performance varnish, the economic type, standard type, high solid content type, and all of them are with high hardness, high gloss,resistance to alcohol and gasoline. To spray on the 1K base coat, the clear coat can provide it the protection, durability and brightness. The crystal shinning and smooth effect can be obtained after wet spray twice.
Hardener
high quality, anti-yellowish. We have the Economic, Standard and High Solid content (HS) three types, and Fast Dry,Standard, Slow Dry three models. It is suitable for the 2K tinters, 2K ready mixed paint and clear coat.
Thinner
The thinner is s divided into Fast Dry, Standard and Slow Dry types. It is used in the 2K paint, 1K paint, clear coat, 2K primer, etc. It has good dissolution and promote bonding effect.
